Hyperdrive 3, 4, Extreme, X-T or Exchange for reducing my belly fat?
Already on a no junk diet and HIIT 3 times a week.
Currently taking 8 weeks of B.A.M. for a lean gain then want a fat stripper (not a 'fat' pole dancer!)
Im an endomorph (never seen my abs) - eca didnt do anything for me regardless of source or duration, T-3+2 just lost me muscle.
