Well, I haven't really been paying attention so I'll look into it before my next protein order. Only thing I noticed was my most recent cake batter didn't have as much flavor as the previous. The peanut butter however I would buy if it was nothing more than a milk flavoring. The only better tasting protein I ever had would be the Metabolic Nutrition peanut butter cookie, but I would never pay that much for protein powder.

Personally for me I have ever tried was MyoFusion Vanilla. Everyone has different tastes they like, but for a few causes this vanilla taste just beats the spot for me with simply water. I have some list of protein as below:

    • Chocolate Shakeology
    • Gnc extreme whey
    • Isagenix
    • body fortress cookies and cream
    • Six star whey protein chocolate

pork slow cooked for 18 hours and seasoned with sea salt, ground peppercorn, and bbq sauce is awesome and far better tasting than any powder. it also gives me so many more nutrients than a supplement.
you can call me "ozzie" for short.

i started doing after what may have been a mistake. i slapped a big ole chunk of pork into my iron skillet and was going to let is cook for about 4 hours at 200 degrees. i feel asleep, woke up in the morning late for work and totally didnt even remember i had that stuff cooking till right before i left for lunch. i ran home and turned the skillet off and tried to remove the pork thinking it was shot. it smelled like sex though lol. om nom nom. i tried to pick it up and it was so tender i couldnt hardly get anything to stay on a fork. i figured what the hell lets try a taste and it was like the best stuff ever! i have been doing it once a week since then.

With pork I hear it is best to use a crock pot, an oven can dry things out if you are not careful.

Root beer or other soda? I've had a root beer BBQ sauce that was awesome and wanted to try that on some pulled pork.

Thanks for the links, but those are from a few years ago so I'm not really worried. But since I average about 14 shakes a week I'm always open to new suggestions. Just not that Ultimate Flurry stuff, it tasted like chewed aspirin.

Id be curious because they refuse to show a COA or a 3rd party test to confirm its legit.

Who cares when they are from. I would like to think of it as having a girlfriend. Once a cheater, always a cheater. There should be no more trust. Bad analogy, but you get the drift.

Have you guys ever tried Cake Batter Protein by MGN? It's one of my favorite flavors and works really well for me. I think it goes better with milk instead of water just for taste. I think that you should also consider stacking this with a BCAA supplement as well as a pre workout. Alpha Rage works well for my workouts and gives me tons of energy and focus. I also receive good pumps.

ahh c'mon guys, leave him alone

at least he is only pushing his own product line this time -- and not trying to answer (or attempt to look like he can answer) formulary questions on other products outside his company product line that he has no clue about

    bravo! this is progress

I just assumed it was a team of marketing interns from the local community college. The answers come across like that.
