I thought I HAD to drink a gallon of water while taking creatine otherwise I would pass out. Not sure where I got that from. I was sitting there chugging a gallon of water in a half hour just so I could take my Nano Vapor.
Very first were those old EAS Myoplex packets (I believe they were MRPs). Used to mix them up with oats in a blender. I remember I used to HATE the taste but figured I had no choice.
Don't miss out on the next deal:
NOXplode or Myoplex drinks. Can't remember which.
Our football team had some kind of setup with EAS and got them free so all the varsity guys got one after workouts.
NOXplode I used for about a week and couldn't choke down anymore, so I gave it away....

First supp ever was a liquid form of creatine. Cant recall the name but I remember having a dropper and it tasting gross. Used it for pre season basketball workouts. Had some decent strength gains there. Was in 97 I believe.
