    x-gels diet

I was under assumption that fats should be limited while taking ArA, should I still be eating almonds and peanut butter?

Generally just keep your omega 3 intake 4 or more hours away from your x gel dose and you'll be good 2 go...

Really no need to alter your diet unless you're taking a huge serving of fatty fish immediately preworkout. Enjoy your run, X-gels is an awesome product
