I currently have *2 tubs* conquer *sealed 1 tub* Hyde*half way empty.*1 *on its way here*
These will be the pre workout's I use as a base. 1 scoop of and one of these 2 pres.
Also I add beta alinine and cop
My thoughts are something is missing. So...I am thinking of using my bcaas in the preworkout stack. Any opinion? I drink them during the day too.
Also any tips to add nitrates into your diet?
Speaking of which what's everyone's opinion on bcaas now days? I like them due to them in free form not having to be "digested and seperated". I also believe they keep me leaner while gaining size aswell as making fat loss easier. Just recently added them about a year ago and been on the bcaa train ever sense.
