Looking to use some supplements to help with getting under 12%, diet is in place and i understand diet is key i am not relying on supplements in any way. I look at supplementing as purely a hobby and i realize nothing may come of their use.
Also if thay could be wada safe i have reviewed their prohibited supplements but i figure some of you guys/girls may be more knowledgeable.
