Worthless or not?
I got some friends who are taking and they said the recovery is much better.
1. Training extremely hard (peaking for a show and or competition)
2. Completely new to resistance training.
If you're using calcium it's best to get three grams per day in three equally split doses.
What classifies as 'older'?

HICA > HMB
HMB is a great addition if you have the money. Its a great anti-catabolic which can help maitain muscle mass when in contest prep or a serious cut or help you build by slowing down muscle breakdown. 3g a day is the prefered dose.
