PES Anabeta vs PES Anabeta Elite
Has anyone one used both PESand ? How much of a difference did you notice between the two. I ran Anabeta for 6 weeks but didn't get great results on it. I ran it on a cut so that may have been part of the problem. During the final 2 weeks, I began a 5 week cycle of dosed at 2 caps/day for the first 3.5 weeks then i bumped it up to 3/day. I am thinking about running Anabeta elite for 4 weeks if you guys are noticing much better results.
I am 5' 7" down from 171lbs to 164lbs. Diet consisted of mainly fats and protein with low to moderate carbs. I ate between 1800 and 2000 calories/day. I am following 5/3/1 for a strength training program.

What effects were you looking for from AnaBeta that you felt were lacking with your run?
ABE contains the same active plus forksolin and a cortisol controlling ingredient. What are your goals right now (still cutting or have they changed)? I think AnaBeta Elite is one of the top products around for body composition change and can help with any goal, as the added ingredients should potentiate a solid environment in either a caloric surplus or deficit.
I am obviously biased so I'll let others who are unaffiliated answer (tons on the forums have used both so you should get some solid feedback), but if you need any help determining dosing or trying to see if we can determine why you may have not enjoyed AnaBeta just let me know (in this thread or my PMs should be open).PEScience Representative

so you lost 7 lbs in 6 weeks? seems pretty good to me....anabeta should help maintain but not aid in fat loss, AE would be better for cutting with the forskolin...

OG Anabeta I found was more for bulking or trying to add some lean mean muscle mass. While ABE from what I've read anecdotally is great for recomp.

I have always had a pretty easy time maintaining strength gains on a cut probably because my diet is spot on whereas during a bulk its not. Getting 1800-2000 quality calories really makes a difference.
What I was looking for with Anabeta was a slight strength increase on a cut while dropping minimal body weight but leaning out.
I would still like to lean out slightly before I go full force on a lean bulk. My long term goal is to hit around 175lbs with less than 10% body fat by early next year. 2 months ago I maxed out at a 450lb deadlift, 400lb squat and 250lb bench press. In a year, I'm shooting for 500lbs on the deadlift, 425lbs on squats and 275 on bench.

I just got OG anabeta and got some separate forskolin - 95 cheaper than ABE without the cortisol control but ill be stacking it with erase anyways
Haven't used it yet though. I always hear good reviews on both

I like em both but have only used for more of a bulk than a cut and extra carbs made everything MUCH better, especially of course the fullness.

I usually recommend AE for a recomp and OG anabeta for bulk, stacks real well with ARA.
