Our Natural EFX has 5-HTP in it to curb your appetite too and will help keep you burning fat all night without any stims whatsoever. Also really helps to keep my mood evened out when cutting. I tend to get a little..... testy. lol

throwing down 2 tabs of DCP i find does an unexpectedly decent job of curbing my appetite a bit. I also take it with a forskolin cap (analyzed research's)

Does it help you sleep? 5-HTP is supposed to help you relax right?

It won't put you to sleep but it will keep your mood stable, help you relax easier and because of the positive impact on stress level you'll sleep better too

Natural EFX would so you wonders in the late evening. 5HTP is a good compound that gives appetite suppression and good mood. Acetyl L Carnitine will help fuel the mitochondria so you can keep fat loss up, and it has a decent all natural diuretic so you don't store as much water a look soft.

Overall a great choice for a evening supp.
