  2. Well if it's any consolation to anyone on the fence, I started my X-Gels a week before the end of my cycle, and being about a week into pct I'm seeing no strength loss and I'm still looking full as ever 24/7. Normally I flatten right out the first week.

    The DOMS has been present most days, some days are pretty horrible, but the pain is welcome due to the results I'm seeing.

  3. I should have plugged my log in here with my post earlier.

    For those wondering about recovery and DOMS I will say this. The DOMS can be brutal at first, but I have been squatting (in some form) and benching pretty much four days a week and my recovery is incredible right now. X-gels has not hampered it one bit.

  4. Is LCLT the most effective form of carnitine for battling DOMS?

    Is it much better than say ALCAR?

    Huge fan of ArA here. It excels at actual body composition change IME and the pumps are some of the best you get with any single ingredient (even better than some combos IMO). High dosage only pre-workout with Carnitine and GMS is the way to go.

  8. I will also throw my short lived feedback in here. I stopped using after 4 days due to bad headaches BUT this obviously doesn't happen to everyone. Also I'm super disappointed that I had this reaction. I experienced the best pumps ever while using X-Gels and what I'm missing this week is the all day fullness that I felt while using these. I felt pumped almost until I went to bed and I train at 4am. If you're on the fence give them a try.

    Did you increase your water intake?

    I am on the fence for sure, but it's a very intriguing supplement

    I believe the headaches last all day (for those who experience headaches from ArA, at least for my brother this was the case). They did however subside as he continued his ArA use though and had great results.

  17. Another question about stacking ArA with carnitine.
    Is it imperative that you consume the Ara literally at the same time as the carnitine? (or is that more specific to the GMS)
    Or is the general idea to simply be supplementing with carnitine at the time of your ArA Cycle?

    Never used bulk LCLT, it is in TONS of products (probably one of the biggest bandwagon additions to every formula out there, not that it isn't a solid ingredient) so I usually get it in my pre. 99% of the time that means Genomyx Protocol for me.
