XF has always been awesome, good quality and tastes great!
Bit pricey though
On Truteins website you can get Chocolate covered banana in 5lb tub for $49. Says it's a limited run. Ordered a tub. Was hoping they had the Chocolate dipped Strawberry but they were out.is one of the better protein powders, at least I think so.
^ Meh. I would try theShamrock Shake though
I just tried's chocolate PB today. I'm kinda mixed on how I like it at the moment. It tastes somewhat like a knock off of yoohoo with a little bit of PB mixed in.
Thanks for the info on choc pb. I was going to try it next. Think I'll wait. Hoping the chocolate dipped bananas is ok. I really like their vanilla.
I'll let you know what I think when the chocolate banana gets here. I tried Ultimate Flurry chocolate and their banana and didn't care for them even when I mixed them. I'm loving both chocolate and vanilla from USPlabs. Both taste great with cold water or milk.
Banana > Cinnabun > Choc Pb > Choc Banana > Choc Strawberry > Vanilla > Chocolate

i happen to agree with you, but im yet to see a well controlled long term study comparing whey alone vs whey and casein.
im not talking about mps rates or nitrogen balance as an indicator. but actual lbm difference s over the medium to long term.
i dont thinks its a simple as saying b/c casein has sow release profile it will mitigate mpb
we have seen that constant infusion of aa is not beneficial for muscle growth.
protein desensitisation / refractory is a very real phenomenon
Christmas time when it was a discontinued flavor but I just posted a detailed review on it on another forum and the rep
said they are going to be making a limited batch again. The container that I have you really taste the banana over the choc
but I read a review written by someone a few days ago and he said the choc over powered the banana so that must be
the new batch. I am definitely looking forward to trying other flavors like Pumpkin Spice, Cinnamon Bun, Jamocha and
