Hey ya'll . gotta try forskolin for the first time and i have to know can i be take 50mg of pure forskolin at one time ?

Yes, that's fine. Most people take 100 mg of forskolin a day. What product are you using?

There are a lot of people here that enjoy 100-150mg so im assuming there are taking 50mg at one time, if it doesnt cause stomach discomfort you can, however if your only taking 50/day i would split it up personally.

I like doing 95% Forskolin at 25mg twice per day!

high doses of low % forskolin give me bad ****s/farts. i know they say high % forskolin fixes that, but from my use of pure Camp 95, the farts where still there. havent tried SS capped one yet

i would just take 2 doses of 25mg dosed AM/PM

yeah i'm talking about pure forskolin (95%) .
and i'm about to have 50mg daily . so i'll keep it 25mg in the morning and 25mg before/after workout .
also gotta know can i be take 1capsule before going to bed?
and i'm using better body sports C-Bolic.
also be using- Alphamine . D-Pol and Nolvadren XT .
any way going start dat stack after my stim break 3 weeks left. cant wait!!!

I like to spread my doses out. Considering you are also taking Alphamine I would suggest taking 1 cap with each dose of Alphamine you take and then if you wish to bump up over 50mg per day add one at night.

Agreed with bolt on taking 1 cap of Forskolin with Alphamine dose. I am taking 75mg Forskolin right now and am dosing 1 cap upon waking, 1 cap preworkout, and 1 cap pre-bed.

This is very true nothing compares, DAA gives me the similar GI issues but damn this stuff cleans me out!

DAA gives me liquid bathroom experiences. Through the screen door type stuff. Not fun.

I notice the greatest effect in it helping spare muscle mass in a deficit and positive shifts in body composition.

Damn i thought i had the worst stomach but i love a high quality forskolin (capsule) ive used cbolic and right now im usin primaforces and despite the difference in their standardized% wording i feel like cbolic was more effective which is a bummer cuz i like primaforces quality normally. It def helps wit fat burnin if youre already lean, and is a great addition to a strong stim.
