    how to stack


    Can someone please help me with advice of how to stack these supplements I have purchased

    I'll use the supplements in June

    These are

    1 tub of combat powder 4lb
    2 tubs of phase 2lb
    1 tub of hydrobuilder 40 servings
    2 tubs of creacore
    6 tubs of amino build
    6 tubs of hemavol
    1 tub of c4 extreme 60 servings

    I don't know hemoval and I don't know phase.

    But the creatine is creatine. So take it daily at recommended dosage.
    The combat powder is protein, so take it whenever.
    C4 is preworkout so uh take it pre workout.
    And the bcaa's mix up and drink during your workout, or really whenever.

    And if I'm not mistaken, hydrobuilder is a carb+protein mix. In which case take it around your workouts or when you need the extra calories.

    ^^ This. Hemavol is a non-stim pre that is designed for endurance and pumps. You can stack w/the C4.

    Phase 8 is casein. So an hour or two before you workout or right before bed, is the general idea. Although at the end of the day, it's protein. Take it whenever you want more protein.
