Building muscle- Aminos or a supp?
Im trying to perfect my psysiske since summer is comming soon. Right now i am using:
MutantMass Weightgainer- for the calories and carbohydrates/proteins
My question is; What would you guys recommend adding in? Im either thinking about adding a Amino supplement, or a good OTC supplement to help me achieve my goal in some way.. Some of them new products.

Hmm, that is kinda cheap! Do they sell em on european sites? Ive always wanted to buy from the US, since the price is such a difference.. But í dont know if ill be charged at the customs

If you're bulking don't waste the money on BCAAs unless you're training fasted. I'd lose the Mutant Mass and eat more food or make your own gainer.

well my macros are at 200-400-70 with the half serving of mustantmass = 550calories + 250 from the milk
Reason why i tought that the Bcaa´s would be great, is due to recovery. But when thinking about my macros fill out the nessacary needs, you might be right.. Then im left to pick a supplement to aid me in some way
Im eating quite well these days, but the goal is to cut some fat and tighten up for the next couple of weeks. So i might be eating a while lot cleaner, how does Slinsane from Purus work? Versa-1? Erase?
Cant really figure out what to throw in

If you're trying to lose fat and you're taking Mutant Mass you're not doing a very good job. Lol if you have what you need then use that. Idk why you "want" another supplement. Slinsane is by Genomyx not Purus.

Sorry its slinshot. Well i dont have a clue, i might just be to obssed with reaching the perfect physique this summer. Well, the mutantmass has helped me bulk back some size, but now i am lowering the dosage and staying at maintance so i cant see the problem in using that if i am reaching my macros.. alil protien, lil carbohydrates after exercise shoudent hurt

I thought you meant that you were hitting your maintanance and then adding in the MM. If you're in a caloric surplus you're not going to be able to lose fat hypothetically speaking.

You are focusing on weight loss now correct? Just be sure to not lower calories too fast. I like to start around 250-500 calorie deficit then as my body get used to it, drop more calories.
Throw in some HIIT, and the fat should come off nicely.

Adding in another supplement isn't going to automatically answer your prayers and give you the perfect physique. It takes years and years of training and dieting to reach that. But If you are insistent on adding something alphamine and erase pro stacked are supposed to be really good for cutting.

Well with a 210kg deads n 190kg squats i would imagine that i do have some experience... But ive always had alittle difficulty being totaly ripped, i somehow easy bulk though.. This is quite funny since i am endomorph "T" shape, wich eventually should mean i would have an easy time losing fat. Its funny how bodymorphs actually have a big role in our struckture and what we are good
Mesomorphs- strong- blocky-eating-lifers/builders
Ectomoprh- skinny- long distance- endurance- hunters/travelers
Endomoprh- wierdo struckure- mathematics- siences-garthers of blooms
Hah, thats just my caveman approach to explain how it works.. Remember that some are mixed, so sometimes i do believe that people so try to perfect their program for wich type of morph they are. Ive always been extremely skinny, but when i found interrest in bodybuilding that kinda changed and i went from 48kg 182cm to 90kg 185cm over 2years of workingout and bulking. <- 16-18 years-> since ive quit martialarts and focued intirely on bodybuilding, this leads me to think that i might actually need to do some kinda endurance work if i want to lose that extra fat.

Bcaa's take without food, especially protein as they fight for same receptors and protein always wins.
