    I did 1.5 yesterday on back because everyone seems to do chest on Monday... So all my equipment and weights were open. My lats looked like freaking wings... Landmines will do that to ya!

    I am taking my first Alphamine break in several months. I have gone from two doses of Alphamine and a pre workout product to just a pre workout product.

    Honestly, it sucks. I miss Alphamine in the morning.

    I always go 1.5 scoops am and pm. With enhanced I kill workouts at 2 scoops but sometimes I dial it back to 1.5 if I had an excess of carbs, the pump was too much when I tried 2 scoops on refeed day lol forearms were on fire

    I'm loving my tub of Alphamine right now! Just started this week and work has been really stressful lately. But with Alphamine, I can still go to the gym after work and slay the weights!

    Whenever I go through a fat loss phase I miss relative strength training and when I am cutting I miss hypertrophy lol.

    I try and get some form of pump into my workout at some point lol.

    Exactly how I feel. That pump comment is funny because I've been like that the last few months. Always trying to include some type of upper body lift to keep the blood flowing and have the pump. It's an addiction I do believe.

    Yesterday's workout was legs only. Very difficult to resist including arms!
