HELP!!! Off topic drug test question

Hi all,

here is my question for anyone who may be able to provide some insight

Yesterday afternoon i had a job interview and took .25mg of xanax before to just calm my nerves. I found out today i have an offer and will need to take a drug test next week.

I do not take xanax regularly, only for interviews, and as you can see i only took a low dose.

what are my chances that it shows up on the test next week?

The mean plasma elimination half-life of Xanax is reported to be 11.2 hours. The full range is from 6.3 to 26.9 hours in healthy adults.
For a drug to be totally eliminated from your system it takes 5.5 times the half life.
If we take the maximum time of 26.9 hours times 5.5, it will be in your system for approximately 148 hours i.e. 6 days, after your final dose.

Ok cool, and is that for any dose? i took .25 which is such a small dose so feel like it may break down much quicker.

Also, i drink more water than the average camel, work out 5 days a week, have a quick metabolism and low body fat.
