Erase and Creatine

  1. Erase and Creatine

Creatine makes you muscles hold on to water correct? Doesn't Erase cause a drying and harding effect? My question is would erase and creatine kind of work against each other?

  2. Erase removes interstitual fluid, not intracellular fluid. They work together very well

Nope, lol, diuresis does not involve the synovial fluid. The dry joints are a direct hormonal consequence of erase use.
