I stumbled into VS the other day and came across a Red Velvet Cake MuscleMilk powder!!

Not a huge musclemilk fan for "most" when recommending a whey powder of choice but, it makes for a good blend with my ON casein at night.

When calories get high, my pre-bed meal gets pretty high in protein and I would blow through (the more expensive) ON casein if I used just that. So I like to add about 40g (scale weight) of each to hit my caloric total and it makes the ON last must longer

Keep your eyes open in Vitamin Shoppe, they have insane deals from time to time - I've seen ridiculous prices for Hemavol on occasion.

I have not sir...sounds enticing though.

Vanilla Mint Swirl is also fantastic (as are all the others - Strawberry Creamiscle, Vanilla Mint Swirl, Chocolate Truffle) but there are some new flavors coming out (eventually) that are unique and will really change the game..
