Super Cissus dose for shoulder pain & tolerance question

What's a good dose for USPLabs Super Cissus for healing joint injuries? Cissus has been a staple for me after I discovered it years ago with my shoulder issues. It helped me get back into lifting from a bad shoulder dislocation years ago.

I've been lifting again for about a year, making good progress from too long of a break and had a minor dislocation with my shoulder again. It subluxed - popped out and back in again on it's own. 4 caps/day of USPLabs Super Cissus has been a staple for me while I train.

It's still not healing as fast as I'd like. Is there a benefit to upping the dose from 4 caps a day? Also, if I do up the dosage, will I become tolerant of it and have to maintain the higher dose, or will I be able to drop back down to 4 caps a day for general maintenance?

Although there have been studies on cissus they have not addresed the affects it has on joints. What you will get here is anecdotal evidence from others on their experience. Personally I take the powder from PrimaForce and notice that adding an extra dose helps with no noticeable physiological tolerance.
Various compositons work through different pathways. Can't link yet but here are a couple in the Supplement section on this site.

4-5caps is a out the max doseage I'd go. It sounds like there may be some structural damage going on with your shoulder due to being dislocated. If that's the case, Cissus won't be able to help something that's structurally "broken"

Ya, I'd get it checked out by a doctor.

I'm thinking about going to the doc. I've also upped my dose to 5/day this week.

I've dislocated it many times before, and have had surgery on it. Gone through a number of runs of PT with it now. When I've been back to my specialist last time a year ago or so, he checked it out. Said the PT I was doing on my own was good, and the joint wasn't unstable like I thought.

It has been getting better at least, but I'm a ways off from lifting yet.
