Cissus has great feedback, I am just wondering if there is actual human studies to what it does for joint and bone health?
Noticed when I took it preworkout I notice a fullness in muscle and a pump.
Most of the really good human studies are on weight loss, in which Cissus is actually pretty effective. But there are a few on bone health:
Some other study showing efficacy in treatment of inflammation that I can't find right now
