    Appetite control/suppression


    Hello, I'm looking for a stimulant-free supplement for my brother.

    My main concern right now is appetite control/suppression. Any suggestions?
    I looked into Hoodia and Saffron but I'm not convinced they work.

    For the fat-burner I'm looking into Vanilean from BPS. It's now really a proven product yet but BPS has never let me down.

    A lot of people report appetite suppression with Vanillean. I would try it solo to see if it has that effect on you.

    Vanillean or Decimate would be good choices. DCP is another great supplement, but it is getting harder and harder to find.

    You can also try Lean EFX, it is mildly stimmed though, but not too much. I had great luck with appetite suppression with it and I usually eat like a freekin beast!

    I've been seeing good things about vanillean too

    There is some pretty decent human data showing that Cissus reduces appetite if consumed right before a meal (possibly via 5HT mechanisms).

    Reduced appetite and joint pain.....that's a nice combo!

    interesting. thanks for the info coop. just at reg dosages or at higher dosage than typical for joint support?

    Actually, most of the data is at lower doses (<1 g of 2.5% extract).
