Hey everyone it is that time again to buy my huge ass order from Nurtaplanet and I am turning to you fine folks for some stack ideas and advice. Here is a brief history of my supplement usage.
Considered Staples that I take pretty much year round and current brands
-Whey Protein (Optimum Nutrition Natural Whey)
-Creatine (Myogenix creatine mono)
-Beta Alanine (SNS 501 caps)
-Fish Oil (Carlsons)
-Multi (Source Naturals Life Force or OT)
-Citrulline Malate (SNS)
-Agmatine Sulfate (SNS Caps but will be switching over to powder)
-Recently added Vitamin D3 (natures made)
-Also added SNS ALCAR and nutraplanet NA-R-ALA (I absolutely love the ALCAR but I seem to be having tons of stomach distress from the Na-R-ALA)
Past Supplements
-An assortment of different pre workouts
-I did about 4 in total cycles of PES ERASE OG along with SNS DAA (the last one I included Source Naturals Tong Kat Ali and DS Active Xtreme) all of which I have had excellent results from this stack
-IFORCE Hemavol
-I ran about a year ago two back to back prohormone cycles (the brands were UG PHARMA E-Shred which was an epistane cycle and then I fallowed that up with UG PHARMA MAXIMUS which was a blend of Superdrol and this compound here, 18-Methylest-4-en-3-one-17B-ol) I very stupidly did not ensure a proper PCT and it ended up resulting in me having very tender nipples and lethargy but after some time everything ended up being alright with my hormones. I had my test levels checked after and it came out to be a total of 405 ng/dl as my total test level and a free test of 112.6 pg/ml. Is this good or bad for a 26 year old?
That brings me to now, I am looking for any new ideas on different supplement stacks to try out. My overall fitness goal is to of course be healthy and in return live a long happy life, my superficial goals are to get so big that I make small children and grandmothers cry. I am currently 5' 6" and about 165lbs, with some definite stomach fat that I need to cut down on. Now I realize the importance of a perfect diet and solid training to achieve those goals and I am working very hard on perfecting those as well. I do not smoke and I drink alcohol maybe once every three months and its usually a couple beers so for me I enjoy buying different supplements and seeing how they affect me and their overall results. Along with weight lifting, supplements to me has become a hobby so I would like to start expanding my knowledge and experience with them. I am turning to you guys and asking for suggestions on any test boosters, fat burners, and any other various supplements that you feel are a must for me to try out.
I always appreciate those who take the time to post in the threads that I start.
With great thanks -Dirty Dan-
