It is perfectly fine to take them both. I would recommend Rhodiola Rosea (1-3% Rosavins) for a track runner actually, that and COP to help them in both their Aerobic and Anaerobic threshold needs. In conjunction with Citrulline Malate I think you might have a really good combo there.

You might spontaneously combust.. unless you also take it with RPM and Drive. Then you will be safe

    Thoughts on this ingredient panel?

rhodiola rosea extract (std. to 5.4% rosavins 27 mg, 3.6% rosavin 18 mg, 0.9% salidrosides 4.5 mg and 36% polyphenols 180 mg)
    500 mg
    n/a*

Any good ? Too much ? Need it for endurance purposes

  6. i'd say throw in some carnosyn as well if it didn't irritate me so much. but yeah it's definitely okay to.

  7. Citrulline malate will actually improve the solubility of your BCAAs

The above is my own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of PES

Hell yeah it does. When I do 8g of cm with my bcaas there is no grain left anywhere as opposed to without cm and holy pump as well!

Honestly I don't like it...it's easier to just get NOW Foods Rhodiola, 3% Rosavins and 1% Salidrosides , dose 1 or 2 Pre-workout.

Need more citrulline malate and beta alanine but you can always buy that in bulk and add to it. Overall looks like a decent product. How's the taste?

It is hard to put a supplement together for the masses to fit eveyone's individual needs and know how they take supplements. I appreciate your feedback.

The taste is solid. There are a bunch of reviews/logs all over the internet and on this forum.

    Thanks
