I would say worth a try!has amazing sleep benefits, and has been studied to show many more benefits.i have noticed reduced fatigue when using zma,as well as increased recovery!as far as bcaa,I think they can be beneficial for recovery.and can also be beneficial as a inra workout to Reduce fatigue also.diffent bcaa seem to offer me different results sometimes.some good products are sns zma and usp labs .SERIOUS NUTRITION SOLUTIONS

Ive been on ZMA for a couple months now an i love it. Helps me major with sleep and recovery. I wake up refreshed and fall asleep much quicker. Also, I don't feel as sore as I usually do after an intense workout. You gotta take it on an empty stomach because if you don't, it slaughters your stomach all night, or at least it did mine. 3 capsules optimum nutrition is the brand of choice for me.

For how little ZMA costs, give it a shot. I've never purchased just a straight ZMA product, but I use to time my SNS MCC dose prebed and that seemed to help with sleep quality. You could just purchase your own Magnesium Citrate + Zinc Picolinate.
