    Iv been taking beast and just curious If it has to be cycled ? Theres nothing that says you have to but idk haha

    Always good to cycle supps. But creatine you can go longer than the typical 8 weeks..

    thats the argument on every forum. technically, most on here will say you dont have to. i havent studied long term effects so i dont know. personally, i only take creatine on training days so im only taking it about 6 months out of the year (roughly)

    Ya you only need to take it on workout days. And no need to pre load on creatine or go above 5 grams per day. I don't cycle creatine.
