I know this has been discussed but I have yet to see an answer to the question. Is Blue GENE a pro hormone?

Negative, not a prohormone.

Also many stated they didn't notice anything from it.

Every log and review I've seen has shown it has worked very well, and it was felt strongly from Day 1.
