    what are you guys on


    just curious whats everyone taking, test stack, fat loss stack or just the staples

    below is what i have been on since dec 4.

    multi vit/min(staple)
    coq10(staple)
    TTA - 1.5~2g
    sesamin - 4g
    ostarine - 20g
    cop - 4g
    alcar/plcar/lclt - 3~4g
    creatine magnesium - 5g
    resveratrol - 1~1.5g
    ursolic acid - ????
    beta-alanine - 2~4g
    PS - 400~600mg
    beta glucan + B complex
    cycle support - it has herbs like silymarin and NAC
    spirulina
    agmatine - 1~2g
    taurine - 6~10g
    BCAA
    astaxanthin 4-8mg i dont always remember to take this one

    I'm picky with my preworkout stack because sometimes I use ephedrine, so I want no more than 200-250mg caffeine per serving. Condense meets that quite well while still providing effective doses of nitrates and betaine

    1 A Day Men's "sport" Multivitamin - 1x Day

    Vitamin C - 1000mg / 1x Day

    L-Arginine - 1000mg / 3x Day

    BCAA - Multiple Scoops in my daily 1 gallon water

    Creatine - 1 Serving in my blender when making my protein pancake in the morning

    Glutamine - 1 serving Post Workout

    Fish Oil - 1000mg / 3x Day... But when I go on my fish only diet spring/summer I downgrade to 1x day
