Dosage Timing for Daily Supplements..

  1. Dosage Timing for Daily Supplements..


    I am in need of advice on how I should timely take my doses of supplements through out the day. How long should I wait before taking supplements.

    For example I take Orange triad. Which is 6 caps. I split them through out the day for a more effective digestion. Don't think taking all 6 at once will be effective. Considering the body will piss out a good amount of it.

    Should I be waiting 30 minutes in between different doses of supplements or an hour? Or it doesn't matter?


  2. It's hard to answer that because we don't know what specific supplements you have except Orange Triad. You could split the dose 3/3 or 2/2/2 throughout the day

    Fish oil: 1 cap/3x a day in between meals
    Orange triad: 2/3x
    Kre-alkalyn: 1/2x AM than before workout
    Titanium-xl: 2/2x AM meal/PM meal
    Division 1: 1/3x spaced with 3 main meals.
    Nolvadren-xt: 2 caps AM
    BCAAs: 6/3x in between meals
    Fomula-x: 1 scoop pre-workout or before bed on off days
    Craze or Clearshot: pre-workout

    Kre-alkalyn: Replace with monohydrate, take any time
    Titanium-xl: 2/2x AM meal/PM meal

    You're not really taking anything thats so critical to timing besides general pre/post workout phases. If you're asking something like TTA which suggests 30m prior to a carb meal, nothing you've mentioned really fits that criteria. The above mentioned by mr.cooper is a good breakdown.

    Definitely, I realize that some things may interfere but suggested usage on the side of the bottle is usually the best place to start. Companies won't mislead you by putting the wrong directions on the bottle. The directions are there for optimal dosing protocols and how they have found their product best used.
