2 grams COP + Condense + 1 gram of sea salt (just to see if it enhanced the pump) and my workout was insane today. 30 mins HIIT cardio plus full body WO..had to make myself leave and even then, I over did it. Christmas turkey leftover feast and now I'm going to bed.
also seems to help me recover my energy levels the day after an epic WO.
