I take about .8-.9 protein per BW, on my bulk. Unsure on the Carbs, what do you guys do?
You should probably re post in the "nutrition" section. I generally do 1 g prot, .45 g fat, and fill the rest of my calories with carbs. but if that equates to over 300 g I'll stop at 300 and up protein further to fill calories.
