    i am taking
    Creatine HCl
    omeg 3

Diet is always the key to unlocking the door of success

  2. Your current supplements are great, and I would add:

SNS Citrulline Malate at 2-3 scoops pre-judo
SNS Beta-alanine caps at 4-5 caps daily for several weeks

Also, look into LCLT for improved recovery and VO2 max.

The above is my own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of PES

SNS COP would be a great addition as well.

  7. 3g of citrulline is the sweet spot for me, anything more and by the end of sparring my forearms feel worse than my body.

    id say
    SNS cit mal
    SNS COP
    iForce Compete

    should do wonders for endurance/recovery.
