First time using c4 pre-workout

    First time using c4 pre-workout


    First time using it and have heard great things. I ordered it and it came in mid day yesterday so i was going to use it today. I wanna know should i use half a scoop or just do full scoop ? Im 19, i just don't know how it'll effect me so I'm looking for opinions haha

    Whatever the bottle recommends. If it has a recommended amount to take to "asses" your tolerance then use that serving size! You should be good

    normally id say yea go for tolerance assessment. but in this case, just do the typical dose onforums for c4. unless theres yohimbe or dmaa in it, youll be fine. double dosing yohimbe = hell though

    Amen. That is my absolute most despised substance/herb in the entire world. And OP. c4 has neither yohimbe or dmaa. You should be fine taking all the way up to 2 scoops per day.

    Can i also take scivation xtend ( during workout drink ) even tho I'm using c4 ? Will it have any negative effects or will i be fine ?
