So is this a good brand for starters? And a more important question below:
-Shortly after commencing supplementation with Creatine (assuming you are not part of the approximate 33% that does not respond to Creatine supplementation) you will notice an increase in muscle size and overall body mass.
So how can I be sure or check if I'm not in the 33%? I should try it out for a few months and see what happens or what? And if I don't grow in like lets say 1-2 months, then I should accept that It doesn't work for me?
There are two types of dossing it. 1 tea spoon per day or 1 tea spoon before and after workouts. What type should I go for? And when they mean 1 per day? Do they mean working days or full week, ever day - 7 days?
