Anabeta & keto

Well it's clear AnaBeta is some pretty good stuff & may have some insulin manipulation properties. With that being said, I was curious....

Anyone try doing AnaBeta on a keto diet? If so, what were you results? Have you ran it again with carbs?

I've ran with and without carbs, results were always the same for me - steady increases in lean mass, appetite, and strength.

Some on the boards feel it is required to run it with carbs, however I dont feel this to be true if one is acclimated to a keto diet.

Nice, its good to know that they're are more of us! But i was on a keto diet the first time i ran OG anabeta and basically got the same results as kevin except with a huge increase in the crave for carbs.. since i was on the latter end of the CKD, running it with anabeta allowed me to achieve being disciplined even though my mouth was watering when my friends would eat carbs (especially simple..). still have 4 bottles of OG Anabeta!

I am a low carb guy as well. If AnaBeta needed carbs it wouldn't be my favourite supplement- it would be useless for me lol.

Some have preferred it with carbs. I love it, whether I am low carbing or not.

Haha definitely, I wouldn't mind joining the team either after my successful runs with it. I still remember it like it was yesterday on nutraplanet, Welcome to the AnaBeta Era! Still have a couple of bottles and they will get used in the next month or so but I'm excited to try ABE and EP
