Yeah, probably your best bet is to buy bulk and dose yourself...most pre-formulated don't contain that high amounts.

Almost any preworkout that includes taurine as the first ingredient in a proprietary blend will be 90% taurine in the blend by weight. Meaning that any cheap, run-of-the-mill, kitchen-sink preworkout will meet your needs
