well without knowing your age and training exp. Its hard to give advice. However if you just want feedback that test booster you listed IMO is.
If you are looking for a T booster there are many better ones by very reputable companies on this site.

I am 28 years old, i am lifting more for Athletics, i play competitive Flag Football and 12inch Softball. My routine is as follows.
I lift 3 days a week and do insanity 3 days a week
My lifting i to 3 week cycles, first week i do reps of 20,18,15 Second week i do 12,10,8 Third week i do 6,5,4 then repeat.

Are you wanting a product like this, just for extra kick in the gym or do you "feel" like you have Low T or confirmed Low TSo you lift plus insanity, I wonder if overtraining could come into play, lifting, insanity, football etc. thats 6 days on 1 off?I still stand by my first post. Many better proven products out there

I am off season right now, when i am in season i take one of my cardio days away. Just looking for a T-Booster to get a better edge, Deff. don't have low T

DAA? Ae we talking about Geranium? If so i have a horrible tollerance to simulants. I have heard great things about erase but will that dehydrate me? Not looking to be a body builder just trying to maintain strength, speed, and agility.
