    Bulk powders/caps


    I have been taking supplements for a few years now. i know just enough to be smart about what im doing to my body. with that being said i am far from an expert and research things in some depth before i move to something new. so, i am looking for some advice on bulk powders. i am thinking about getting away from the name brand "designer" caps and powders and starting to buy bulk ingredients.

    currently i am 6' @ 220 and am currently benching in the mid 300's. (not that that is important to this thread... just to forever to get there so i wanted to share).

    my goals are to drop some BF%. approximately 5% or so. i am right around 17% now. i expect that while doing this i will decrease in strength slightly.

    basic week:

    Monday - Chest-Tri/abbs
    Tuesday - Shoulders/traps
    Wednesday - Legs/abbs
    Thursday - Back/Bi
    Friday - Chest/Tri/abbs

    workouts are typically 70-90 min and days with abb work include 15 min of different abb stations.

    i do cardio in the mornings 3-4 days a week and run between 2.25 and 3.5 miles


    Soo..... i know this is a lot of info that does not relate to "bulk powders" i just wanted to give a little background first.

    what would you guys recommend to someone who has the same goals as i do? my plans are to take bulk mono creaine (as i already do) with DAA, but also want something that will help me burn some fat while building/maintaining strength gains and has some sort of aggression and focus added while working out

    im not looking for a super drug to do this overnight just want something that will help over a few months of continued work.

    Alphamine is great for stims + thermo effect if thats what you mean by aggression. Focus XT is great for focus, hence the name, not really bulk but it is one of the best focus supps I have ever used.

    Otherwise things like:

    TTA-500
    Raspberry Ketones
    ALCAR
    Caffeine
    Beta Alanine

    Would assist in your purposes. Great products

    As jiigz said, SNS RK-500 + TTA-500 + ALCAR/PLCAR will put you over the top for fat loss (not to mention general health). I also dig Green Coffee Bean Extract at 800mg before large meals.

    What do raspberry ketones even do ? Arent ketones like ATP except instead are made from fat and not carbohydrates?

    Lol. Not sure where to begin. Ketones are a functional group. Raspberry ketones refer to framinone, which effectively translocates HSL.

    "Ketones" is a word with a different meaning depending on the context. You're thinking of its relation to ketonuria.

    Do you think using bulk product is better? I mean, you know exactly what and how much of each product your getting.

    There's no best. ALCAR is best for antioxidant status, mental clarity and energy, and AMPK stimulation. PLCAR is best for cardioprotection, physical energy, and elevation of muscle carnitine. LCLT is best kinetically speaking, and also has data showing that it improves recovery.

    I don't take carnitine orally. Injection for the win (strictly fat loss though).

    So, if you guys wanted to build a stack for cutting some BF% while gaining definition what would it be? i am looking for something to give me a little bit of energy and focus in the gym while helping me get lean. also, what is a diet plan to follow?

    Supps already listed are ideal for cutting bf%, but remember that these only aid your goals and are not the end-all-be-all. You must have a 'diet' plan already in check (i.e. calorie deficit) for the supps to be most beneficial. Question though, you say you want to cut bf% and improve definition; to me, these are the same thing given that lower body fat will increase muscle definition. But did you mean gain muscle mass? In this case, it would be wise to pick one goal, i.e. build mass or cut bf% rather than trying to do both. Increasing mass is near impossible while also leaning out without dedication to nutrition plans or AAS.

    As for focus + energy, try stim-free focus XT with some caffeine pre-workout. Caffeine does more than provide energy which makes it one of the best pre workouts you can buy

    The post says before large meals lol. If that's what you meant: GCB improves the glycemic response to carbohydrates, via both AMPK activation (at target tissue) and enzymatic inhibition (in the intestinal lumen)
