It's likely from the Forskolin, which can have that effect on some people. Are you dosing it with or without food?M.Ed. Ex Phys

With food on non-workout days, and semi empty stomach on training days. Doesn't seem to matter.Originally Posted by Rodja

Has your diet changed since the first time that you took it, especially in regards to carbs?

I noticed a few times now that ABE seems to make me need some carbs. I get really lethargic and just not all there mentally, but when I take it with a carb meal or even gatorade powder( ) I feel fine. I don't have and proof of it being due to glucose but it really seems that ways. I have also had several experiences with forskolin and never an issue; even used Pure cAMP 95 on an empty stomach(slightly submerged in oil) with no issue.Originally Posted by Aleksandar37
On a side note I seem to be recomping nicely using it with and nothing else but basics. Never used OG BTW.
