Many blended products (amino acids, vitamins, herbs) claim they are delivered in a
"Glucose Polymer Matrix” which purportedly increases assimilation closer to 100%.

Can someone suggest some type of Glucose Polymer Matrix that someone, like me, might add to bulk products (especially amino acids) to increase assimilation; assuming the claims of increased assimilation is true?

Is this claim generally true?.

I know with creatine, people suggest adding some type of sugar, highglycemic carbs/juice and/or alpha lipoic acid; might this also apply equally to amino acids?

Help for the bulk product guy; please.

Dude, it's just maltodextrin or vitargo, and both are way overpriced for what they do.
Thanks. Are there alternatives or is it not worth the hassle, and mostly just hype?

They don't enhance absorption of anything. Amino acids in levorotary form are damn near 100% absorbed.
