ALCAR and Tyrosine

I have used ALCAR and Tyrosine in the past at around 1 gram of ALCAR first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, along with 2 grams of Tyrosine. Curious if others are using this combination and do both of these supplements compliment one another?

This (and many other amino acid protocols/combinations) has been discussed many, many times. I think a bit of searching will provide more than what you are looking for.

Not sure if there is synergy as in making each other work better, but probably been in some products together before.

There is some report that they cancel each other, because of ALCAR ating as a parasympatomimetic whereas Tyrosine act as an sympatomimetic.

I haven't tried both at high dose, but you could do it and tell us how it was.

They both are neuroprotective from what I have read. Aside from that the have different MOAs.
