can you mix cee and glutamine together and still get both supplements to do what there supposed to do? also do i need to mix cee with any sugar / carb to get some kind of insulin spike like you do with creatine monohydrate?

I don't see why you can't... I don't think the glutamine will interact negatively against the CEE (Someone who knows for sure, please chime in). As for the insulin spike, from what Custom and others have said, it's not necessary. Of course, if you have some to get rid of, by all means...I'm going to mix mine with Taurine and AAKG. To each their own, I guess the only way to know is to try it out.
