    Exclamation USP Labs Six Pack Stack (Recreate, Anabolic Pump)


    Hello and good day. I just bought the Six Pack Stack (90 tabs Anabolic Pump, 90 tabs Recreate, 20 tabs Powerfull) . i would like to get a personalized program for my regimen given my attributes. thank you. info as follows.

    Gender - Male
    Age- 25
    Height- 6 Ft
    Weight- 195lbs
    Approx Body-fat %- 20 %
    Short term goals- to eliminate love handles and reveal ab definition
    Long Term Goals- to have a physique that matches Zyzz or Ulysses Jr
    Injuries- None
    Foods i love- Beef dishes, Burgers, Bar B Que, Beans, Potatoes
    Foods i hate- Broccoli , most veges
    Wake Time- 6 am
    training time- 6:30 pm
    Bed Time- 11pm

    I've bought a six pack several times. Although it has a diuretic effect, too much will not be good for you, and even may cause you to get in trouble. Get the ones with less calories if you are trying to cut. Just don't drive with it please.

    -1 AP 15-20min before a meal with 30gr complex carbs 2-3x's/day
    -Start with 1 recreate in the morning and 6-8hrs later. After you've assessed your tolerance, bump to 2 in the morning.
    -start with 1 powerful before bed (at least 60min after food intake) find your sweet spot, no more than 3 caps. More is not always better

    here goes my routine PRESENTLY...

    AM
    6:00- Rise and shine- 2 Recreate
    6:15- 1 Anabolic Pump
    6:30- Breakfast - 6 egg whites with 1 yolk fried in olive oil, slice of whole wheat bread, 5 leaves of lettuce, 1 small baked potato, slice of fruit (apple,grapes)
    Supps- Purus Labs Organ Shield, 5000mg Vit D, 1000mg Vit C, 1 Fish Oil Cap
    10:00- eat another small baked potato to keep me full til lunch'

    PM
    12:00- 1 Recreate
    12:15- 1 Anabolic Pump
    12:30- Lunch- 8-12 oz Chicken Breast, BarbQue or Grilled, 1 Med Potato, Slice of Fruit, Lettuce
    Supp- Multivitamin (Animal Pak), 1000mg Vit C
    4:30- Pre Training Meal - 8oz Chicken Breast, Bread/small potato
    6:00- Take 2 Powerfull with 1/2 scoop Dark Rage
    6:30- Game On!
    8:00- Take Serving of Elite Primal Whey
    8:30- Dinner- Tuna/Chicken Breast with Veggies, Fish Oil
    9:30-10:00- Take 2 Powerfull
    10:30-11:00- Sleep away....


    now the question is... wud it be wise to take Anabolic Pump before my dinner or just stick with it b4 my pre-training meal? 1 currently do APump @ breakfast, Lunch (2 servings).

    I'd make these modifications

    AM
    6:00- Rise and shine- 2 Recreate
    6:15- 1 Anabolic Pump
    6:30- Breakfast - 6 egg whites with 1 yolk fried in olive oil, slice of ezekial bread, 5 leaves of lettuce, slice of fruit (apple,grapes)
    Supps- Purus Labs Organ Shield, 5000mg Vit D, 1000mg Vit C, 1 Fish Oil Cap
    10:00- Greek Yogurt
    PM
    12:00- 1 Recreate
    12:15- 1 Anabolic Pump
    12:30- Lunch- 8-12 oz Chicken Breast, BarbQue or Grilled, 1 sweet potato, Slice of Fruit, Lettuce
    Supp- Multivitamin (Animal Pak), 1000mg Vit C
    4:30- Pre Training Meal - Shake: whey (fast and slow digesting mix if possible, peanut butter, coconut milk.
    6:00- Take 2 Powerfull with 1/2 scoop Dark Rage
    6:30- Game On!
    8:00- Take Serving of Elite Primal Whey
    8:30- Dinner- Tuna/Chicken Breast with Veggies, Fish Oil
    9:30-10:00- Take 2 Powerfull
    10:30-11:00- Sleep away....

    @ diezel- i rather eat the whole foods instead of whey pre workout but i cycle it as such. on days when i'm on the go, i have a serving of pro complex. i knw about the swt potatoes n ezekial bread but where i live, man the bread is tough to find.

    lol. i know the organ shield is the freakin bomb ! all round protection if ya knw wha im sayeeennnn

    I understand wanting to use whole food. I'd eliminate the preworkout carbs though, they aren't needed and the absence may help speed up your cutting progress. Are you doing cardio as well?

    yes doing cardio for 15 mins after working out for 1hr on Mon, Wed, Fri. On Tue, Thur- i do abs for 15 mins...
