They may amplify acute release of GH but total release, mediated mostly in a nocturnal, pulsatile manner, and GH production, both go largely unaffected
I knew that same thing didn't want to start an argument though. Peptides do the same thing, release the GH your body already has produced at a significantly higher rate than it already does. Real GH just adds to the level you currently have as well, no different than take a testosterone injection. The body is going to produce GH at a given rate, I don't believe that can actually be increased through any way that I have read. I could be wrong and if I am, please let me know.
If my direct and cynical approach bothers you, just ignore it. I'm just saying what you need to hear ;).

Exogenous HGH effectively acts as an agent that adds to your production pool

Unless I see a study or the science I don't agree with that statement.

Huh? I don't think you're understanding me...that or you didn't pass 1st grade math (not srs).

If you produce X amount of HGH a day, and you consume Y amount of HGH, then you have a total of X+Y HGH for that day. Thus, in effect, the exogenous HGH adds to your daily production pool.

Mr. Cooper, what are your feelings in regard to manipulating the overall GH release in the body acutely numerous times throughout the day through the use of L-DOPA, other GH supps, diet/meal-timing, training (deads/squats/rep variations/rest intervals), sleep, etc. Could doing "all the right things" to increase GH release actually lead to composition changes similar to that of increased GH production or exogenous GH? Or is it all about "X + Y" / the amount of GH present in the body whether it be production/release/or exogenous?

It would be highly unlikely that you'd alter body composition. Remember, the role of GH isn't exactly anabolic (despite the name). Plus, pulsatile release during sleep cycles reigns supreme, so your best bet would be to simply ensure the most quality rest possible. This may explain why studies find that chronic lack of sleep increases bodyfat relative to placebo, even when diet changes due to hunger are statistically accounted for.

So for the GH-sufficient individual, I don't see much merit in diurnal GH modification. But I do feel that any individual can benefit from these pre-bed GH supplements since they indirectly bolster GH release by ensuring deeper sleep. Would body composition be affected? Quite possibly, if you are GH-insufficient. But even if you are GH-sufficient, you still stand to benefit from the improved sleep and GH release, health-wise.

I still like TV2 and PCT Assist, such a good combo! DAA is another solid addition.

I don't think many of us even know. OP isn't very clear.
