Is a daily dosage of Tyrosine better at around 1 or 2 grams first thing in the morning?
1 gram seems to perk me up in the morning pretty well..empty stomach, pre-coffee. But like anything else, dose varies per the individual.
I like around a gram mixed in with my preworkout of choice. Synergistic with caffeine.
Tyrosine seems to have a pretty short half life, so I don't alter dosing based on time of day except for maybe later at night.
2 grams with some caffeine in the morning works for me.
