I startedtoday (for a 4 week cycle) and tomorrow. I still have left. Is it OK to stack and Alphamine? I work out first in the morning. If OK to stack, my intent was to take Hemavol before workout and the 1st dose of Alphamine later.
Here's the sample plan (please critique)
4:15AM - Hemavol and Whey
4:30 - 5:30 - Lift
5:45 - Post workout meal (and DAA+ + Pro)
6:30 or 7 - Alphamine
Remaining dosing of supps spread in the afternoon.
