But why you want bcaas? Are you not eating enough or not eating enough carbs?

Other than that,bcaas arent that necessary.If ur eating and have enough carbs,then pass on bcaas and look to get something that will be more beneficial.

Food wise over there ... its a hit or miss TBO..Military=eat when you can, because you never know when you may eat again! haha, BCAAs is always a staple for me when i go on my work out cycles.
