The effect I am feeling from my DPol and Erase Pro run is
-Even More veins,as crazy as it sounds in my neck and some in my arms,not too much. When I shrug neck veins are popping out every which way,lol,i Love it! ( people always tell me they didnt know someone could have som many veinns and muscles in there neck,lol
-Tightening up,i dont necessarily feel it.But notice it.
-Strength gains,which is all the more impressive cause I am still in a cutting phase. Yet im getting stronger.
Dude I was anti supplement for years and years when it came to ALL NATTY TEST BOOSTERS AND AI's etc...... Dude,i was damn fkn wrong man.Im absolultey amazed to be honest and more so upset as what have i been missing for the last 7 years i been training.
When Im done with this run,i am going to make a thread about my Daa and Erase pro expierience..Dude I still have like 2 weeks left and if I had the cash,id run an additional 4 weeks.
Right now I am actually stacking this:
-Horny Goat Weed
-a few diff ppre Workouts
Multi and fish oils are a given year round for me.Ofcourse diet and training on point.

not really alot.Each thing is beneficial in its own way and all are a100% natural.
all of it comes to a 30 day supply. except the creatine. When done 2 week-3 weeks off, then ill likley be starting a HGHUP,Freet Test,Creatine stack.
as for the few diff pre workouts I alternate on them,i dont take them at the same time,im not retarded.

I hate my shoulders and back today. I thought I was bigger today since I am heavier. I took a pic of me and compared it with my May shot. My biceps, triceps, shoulders and lats were bigger back in May. I am heavier today and have been training harder. Where did it go... LOL!
Maybe I should eat 5 eggs a day again and buy protein powder.

if your dieting and training is slacking then i can see you gaining weight for the worse and losing muscle mass.But i dont know how you train or whats your diet..When it comes to supps im amateur,in a sense.Since joining here im learning more and more faster and faster.When it comes to weight training im very expierienced.

Its very possible that some of that mass you had was fat and you got rid of that and replaced it with lean muscle

Sorry for the confusion folks.
Around June this year, I did a diet for a month and I lost 8 lbs. I went down to 137 lbs. I saw my abs. I wanted to see that if losing weight will really show our abs. I was able to prove it that it was true. I started eating really heavy but also made sure I was working out really heavy. I was able to gain back the weight I lost(even 2lbs more) but I think I agree with the post above that I am leaner. One of the shots I took, it was showing the tissues of my shoulders. Love it. Maybe, I'm just at the point where I am reaching the same mass but in leaner form.

I'll take another pic of my back the way I shot it last May. I did it differently today. I know my biceps today are bigger but I'm sure I lost my lats because I injured my elbow. I wasn't able to do wide grip pullups for almost a month. It's just now that I was able to do pullups again.

just bought today Up Your Mass from MHP. I got the vanilla flavor. After my workout this evening, I prepared it with 1/2cup of dry oats, 1 banana, 1.5 cups of whole milk and 3 scoops of it. Taste it awesome!

close grip pull-ups is what affected my inner elbow. Maybe you meant, close-grip chin ups?

I started eating 5 eggs again. That's what changed in my diet from 5 downto 2 before. I also restored my home made weight gainer.
MHP Up Your mass protein powder
1/2 cup dry oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1.5 cups whole milk
That totals around 900+ cals
I'll do it twice a day!!!

Like crossfitters? They don't understand the need for the squeeze at the top & not to mention keeping the muscles under tension both in concentric & eccentric phase of the exercises... Plus I don't know how their shoulders are going to feel when they are old...Originally Posted by Jay888999
