I have kidney issues (nephrotic syndrome) and my doctor is concerned that all my supplements might be making it worse. Now I am an amateur bodybuilder, however, I have recently begun training with a semi pro competative natural bodybuilder. What can I do to create my own preworkout?? I want to keep it as natural as possible. I was thinking beet root powder and bulk. What do you guys think?? What would some good ingredients be?? Also what should I use for a stim??
