Hello AM so I was wondering if you can recommend me a good AI.
I'm 19 yrs old and I'm in pretty good shape I just cant seem to loose that little extra fat in my mid
section and my lower back and man boobs. I have my diet and training in check I believe.
I'm also going to take Lipo 6 Black.
Or if you think something else will do me better please tell me thanks.

seems general consensus is Formestane. Expensive though and likely only found on Amazon. Seems it was discontinued some time ago so not sire what the shelf life is.

Lets see what others have to say.

No it wouldn't don't mess with AIs until you are 21 in my opinion.

No need to hit up the hormone modulators at your age. Something you can look into in a few years.

I'd save my money and go with the ECA stack instead of the Lipo 6. Do a search here for it and you'll find all the info you need. Just make sure to start of with a low dose and slowly work your way up, It's strong stuff.

At his age would he really even need ECA? Just some caffeine and working his tail off should produce awesome results. To be young again!!!

Eat the way for how you want to look.
Train hard.
Sleep.
Repeat.

Supplements are not a necessity and besides supplements to fill in the gaps, a 19 year old doesn't need much.

Fish Oil
Protein/BCAA's (Depending on training style)
Creatine

This is true too...you are 19, and I would not be recommending one, I was just specifying what a EC stack is. Like D2 said, best for you is to get your diet, workout and rest in check.

At your age creatine and protein is really all I'd supplement. But I didn't really know about the supp game at your age so I can understand the temptation.

Enjoy the natural hormones you have man. The more you work out and train, and get enough rest they go up more as well.

This isn't a bad list. Either start saving 30 bucks a month for sups so you have a stash of dough for when you're old enough or spend your money now on food and women. It's just not something worth investing in at this point.

Try aromasin...My friend used it at 16 to prevent gyno because he was getting it from puberty

-Exemestane (a third generation non-competitive, selective and irreversible aromatase inhibitor): a pharmacokinetic study with healthy eugonadal men (aged 14-26 years) showed suppression of plasma estradiol levels both with the 25 mg/day and the 50 mg/day doses, and a reciprocal increase in the concentration of testosterone. With the 25 mg/day dose, time to maximum concentration is 1 hour, indicating rapid absorption. Half-life is 8.9 hours, and maximal estradiol suppression (62±14%) was observed at 12 hours. The drug is well tolerated.6

I'd only do 12.5mg EOD tho certainly not 25 or 50mg a day that's just crazy

Ricky we are not allowed to recommend any kind of AAS or Research Chem related stuff to minors under 21. Furthermore if he really has Gyno he should see his family doctor to get blood panels, it can be an early age hormonal imbalance. If this is the case and his Dr. is not an idiot he will get referred to a proper specialist (Endocrinologist) to deal with his Estrogen-Testosterone possible issues.

Then again like he himself said in a post just now, it could just be fat. Just remember we cannot recommend this...and also not in a supplement section brother!

I didn't recommend aas or a research chem I recommended a prescription drug that if he found a doctor that thought he had gyno would LEGALLY prescribe it to him so yeah...

You dont need an aromatase inhibitor, you just look like you need to cut & reduce carb intake.

It likely seems your problem lie in slight insulin resistance & higher bodyfat (which also causes higher estrogen levels). Focus on heavy lifting, reducing carbs & having a solid diet, and then lose fat.

For supplement recommendations:

Fish Oil
Creatine
Protein
Multivitamin
Alphamine for fat burner

Wayyyy too much carbs man, thats more than I eat on a BULK! Swap out the rice meals in favor of almonds or some nuts, that will make a huge difference. Instead of having Rice+Eggs, just eat more eggs. Eat 7-8 and throw some spinach or something in to help fill you up.

44grams of protein from 8oz of chicken seems low.
Does your pre workout drink have protein or at least glutamine and bcaa in it?

Starred. Also eat some fiberous veggies/fruit.. spinach, asparagus, papya, pineapple. Help with digestion, along with plain greek yogurt (sweeten with splenda) or add a scoop of protein to it.

No I usually take
C4 Extreme along with 3 g of BCAA's
Is the dosing OK on the BCAA's or should I increase it?

Yea thatd be just fine. Most ingest 5-10g bcaas during workout or after.

Formestane isnt banned either, just want to throw that out there

Also, you could look into abliderate advance or dermatherm, both topical fat burners.

There are some articles that pre protein is just as important as post protein. Might just want to throw some whey in there, like 10-15grams.

What is really important is tracking calories in vs. TDEE. You can eat whatever you want and still lose fat as long as you are in a deficit (although for overall health certain food choices are obviously better) until you get down to lower bodyfat levels where playing with macros can play a bigger role.

Make sure you are getting at least 1gram of protein for every lb of LBM, adequate levels of healthy fats and then the rest in carbs until you are at your goal calorie level to minimize loss of LBM abd performance.

This is pretty elementary and until diet is in order supplementation is pretty useless. IMHO

True, thats why i reccomend food first supplements second. Python they have tdee and bmr calculators online, or you can figure it out by yourself (most accurate) by using the equations. After that, eat 200-500 cals below maintenance and add in cardio.
