    What is the best way for me to utilize this specific type of L-Carnitine Fumerate?
    Empty stomach or with meals?
    pre workout?
    Morning,midday,night?

    I would take 1g ( 1.5g-2g for your weight) on an empty stomach pre-workout.

    The increase of ATP due to the fumeric acid is most beneficial and obtained when dosed pre-workout.

    Since this contains Methionine, shouldn't it be supplemented with folate, vitamin b12 and/or vitamin B6 to reduce homocysteine?

    Hm it was just a thought, I have never had a supplement containing Methionine in it so I can't relate to that Dynamitize thing...

    i take my multi mid day,so i can take the multi with whatever preworkout im taking anyway.i take my one multi am and the other pre and 3rd at night before bed,so assuming that should help with the vit B situation
